Developed in 2005 by Sustain Dane, a Madison, WI-based non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the environment, the RainReserveTM is an affordable yet high quality product that is manufactured and shipped using an eco-friendly process. All RainReserve units are compatible with any rain barrel and come in a range of sizes to fit your need. About The Design

RainReserveTM is easy to install and maintain, and is for use with any 2" x 3" or 3" x 4" downspout. Once attached to your downspout the Complete RainReserveTM System channels water to your rain barrel while allowing leaves and other large debris to pass through and out the down spout. The versatility of the Complete RainReserveTM System enables use with any open top pre-made barrel of your choice allowing you the flexibility to shop locally and support your local economy. When shopping for a rain barrel keep in mind that a spigot is required at the base of the barrel for attaching a garden hose. The sturdy design of the RainReserveTM means there is need to remove the kit for winter weather. Simply disconnect from your rain barrel and reconnect in the spring after the first hard rain. This allows debris and leaves to be naturally washed from your roof and decreases the likelihood of the diverter becoming clogged.
